Biography
Bangkok,1961
To be more specific, Vudhikrai Sovannakran was born in Bangkok in 1961 and is a licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain. When he was young, he attended Assumption College, where he got his first camera and started capturing pictures with it. Vudhikrai is known for his gorgeous magazine fashion photography as well as his heartfelt portraits.
The year was 2008 when he began supplying images to Getty Images and other stock agencies across the world, such as Shutter Stock, Dreamtime, and Istock. As a photographer, Vudhikrai continues to shoot fashion portraits, stock photos, and commercial art, all the while teaching photography seminars and online courses in his own nation of Thailand.
From 2017 to 2021, Vudhikrai served as the Head of the Digital Photography Department at Bangkok University's Faculty of Digital Media and Cinematic Arts, engaged in the creation of a degree plan for a Bachelor's degree, the delivery of courses, and the teaching of photography studio classes.
Artist Statement
My inspiration is to continue experimenting with different points of view, types of light, or anything else that creates an amazing atmosphere and vision.
My commercial work met the needs of the customers that used my photos, but my personnel project served my curiosity!
I anticipate that my work will provide delight and enjoyment to my viewers, and I would appreciate hearing their thoughts as well.
